The other evening I went out with hubby for dinner at a Mexican restaurant. Being vegetarians, it’s quite simple …for me, at least what one would get without having looked at a menu.
Guac. Cheese quesadilla. Vegetable fajitas. Salad. Rice. Beans.
Now, this is the 6th time I believe that hubby has dined at said eatery. Also, hubby basically eats carbs and some peppers or broccoli.
Why does all that matter, you ask?

In the end, after thirteen minutes analyzing the menu, he got rice and beans.
Case dismissed.
