Plums. I had a plum and that immediately broke my diet. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I had a nectarine right afterwards (plums are quite small).
After that it was: watermelon, tomatoes, red onion…. so I figured I may as well have pizza, cake and rice.
So, what happened you may ask? The season of the sweetest and best fruit- that’s what threw me off. Not the shitty fake sugar and coconut creamer in my coffee that could be worse than drinking it just black…. not the lack of bagels or breads…. nope, like a crackhead I started my demise in the fruit aisle at the market.
