Today I went to put in a load of laundry when I noticed the frozen molasses like drip coming from the brand new detergent. At first I just twisted the opening- since usually that brings forth the drip. However, when it wasn’t flowing, I took down the 10 lb bottle and took the cap off.
And then the scariest thing I’d ever seen happened- I saw that the seal was 94% still attached. That means, the housekeeper who did 6 loads of laundry did not, did not wash anything. Which means, the 5 sets of sheets and 14 towels were not really washed. Which means, I now have to do platoon sized laundry later today.
That’s not even the worst part! The worst part is the last load, the rags used, is usually left in the washing machine for me to finish. Even sadder than finding the grande mistake of the non-sanitized essentials was seeing less than six rags (6 rags!!!!) needing a washing.
