Now Who’s Thankful

I carry what I feel are essentials in my purse- for one never knows what I could be asked for in an emergency.

A few days back, my eldest and I were en route via Amtrak to the city. We had purchased a salad at one of the vendors and I only asked if they had put napkins in the bag. When we got settled on the train and she wanted to eat, we noticed there were no utensils. How was she going to eat her dinner with no utensils???

Well, thanks to my chop stick hoarding, she was able to eat.
