I was talking to a fellow coworker about her child’s school district and their math program.

Her- They just switched to Singapor Math.

Me- Oh, the Chinese really are the best; maybe that’s why your district chose it.

Her- It’s called, “Singapor” math- not chinese.

Me- Is that it’s own separate area in China?

Her- I believe it’s in it’s own country called, Singapor.

Me- They’re probably smart at math too.
