We have had a resident worker on our lawn for the past 5 years. His job is to pick out the grass, 1 by 1 to ensure no weeds. In fact, he picks them while laying on his belly. Rain or shine, intense heat or chilly day, he’ll be outside literally combing the grass.

You would think we’re the Trumps the way he lingers in and out of our property. Every person who comes here notices the homeless looking man missing his sign and asks the same question: could I live here too and pick your grass?
