We ship via USPS for Domestic and international orders. All in stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. If an item you order is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible. Shortly after your order is prepared for shipping you will be notified via e-mail with a USPS tracking number. RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it. New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (minus the original shipping charge). If you choose to use the enclosed pre-paid UPS return label a fee of $6 will be deducted from the price of your shoes.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are part of our simple FREE exchange process. Just request a replacement item on the enclosed return/exchange form and use the FREE pre-paid UPS return label to send your item(s) back. Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange during the return process or call us to put the item on hold for you.

HOW FAST WILL I GET MY ORDER?

I know you will be anxiously awaiting your order, we will make every effort possible to get them to you sooner than you expect! Please allow 2-3 business days processing time in addition to shipping transit time when calculating expected delivery date. If you need your shoes by a specific date, please call toll free 000000000000000 and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Urban Couture ships exclusively via USPS. Typically, orders are shipped in 1-2 business days from date of your order. Our goal is to deliver 100% of our orders in 7 business days or less regardless of where in the U.S. you live, even with USPS Ground service.
